Drupal module: geobrowser

 http://drupal.org/project/geobrowser is supposed to do a lot of what we want: map all content with location-info on a google map, apparently with an optional taxonomy term selector to show a collapsable hierarchy of taxonomy terms, to switch specific nodes on/off (eg: topical, Millenium Goals)
